Slide Gate Set Product series include slide gate plate, ladle nozzle, collector nozzle, well block. Various range of formulas are available to suit diffferent steel making conditions for achieving the best service life. 2. Purging Plug SNREF's purging plug is characterized by high strength, good erosion resistance and corrosion resistance, high blowing rate and top safety. SNREF's purging plugs are widely used in continuous casting ladles and refining ladles. Type of SNREF'S Plugs: Slot Plug, Porous Plug, Segment Plug, Overall breathable Block. 3. Tundish Nozzle Product series include tundish metering nozzle, tundish upper and collector nozzle, tundish slide plates, etc. Optional solid ZrO2 type or composite Alumina sleeve zirconia insert formulas offer clients more choice on achieving best cost performance ratio. 4. Nozzle Filling Sand Product series include chromite based formula and silica based formula. Each blend is carefully designed to enhance the free flow of molten steel from ladle regardless of steelmaking pratices. 5. Fire Clay for Slide Plate and Nozzle Raw Materials: Fused magnesia with high purity and density, special grade alumina, corundum, supplemented with special binding agents and additives. Slide Gate Mechanism Main composition: Foundation section, Fixed module section, Sliding module section, Switching module section.
